At Dynalectric, Safety Is Our First Concern . We insist that every job can only be done THE SAFE WAY . The safety of our employees is of a primary concern to our company. We intend, to the best of our ability, to provide a safe place to work. Our ZAP (Zero Accident Program) communicates our commitment to our employees to work in an injury free environment. ZAP illustrates how Dynalectric's goal is set at zero injuries.
By setting this goal at anything other than zero injuries sends the message to employees that it is okay to have accidents.

Achieving a zero injury goal requires a strong commitment, effective safety training for all employees, and a proactive safety program. If you are going to say that accidents are unacceptable, you must show your commitment to safety every day. We also abide by the Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health Acts and all other laws and regulations affecting safety.

We participate in the Electrical Industry Drug Free Workplace program. We recognize the importance and the need for employees to be responsible and alert in performing their duties. This requires the employee be free from any impairment caused by alcohol or drugs. This program encompasses all Dynalectric employees, both office and field staff.

We have partnered with the 3E Company to provide our Hazardous Materials Information Management program. All employees are trained on usage of the program and that it complies with all OSHA regulations.

Besides providing our employees with a safe working environment, we maintain our tools, vehicles and equipment in good condition. We instruct our employees how to use and operate them wisely to reduce the possibility of accidents and injuries.

Safety and quality control are essential ingredients of every project in which Dynalectric is a participant. Through use of our formally prepared safety program, which is actively promoted and enforced, Dynalectric has achieved numerous awards for hours worked. We have several very successful safety programs in place and will be pleased to have our safety director discuss them with you in detail.
