Dynalectric Company is registered to the ISO
9001:2000 Quality Assurance Standard as "a
full service electrical contractor involving the
design, management, installation, service and
maintenance of electrical systems including power,
lighting, energy management, low voltage systems
and special process control systems including
fire, telecommunications and security systems
for industrial, commercial, institutional and
governmental clients". This accomplishment
earned us the distinction as
the only certified electrical contractor in the
state of Oregon. Through our implementation of
this ISO standard, we achieve efficiency of operations,
effectiveness of management, continual improvement
of processes, and customer satisfaction.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized model
system for quality assurance in business operations.
Through adherence to documented procedures, the
standard allows us to define our processes with
the goal of effectively meeting customer requirements
and also provides methods for continuous improvement.
Dynalectric Company's ISO 9001 registration was
achieved after a third party assessment of our
operations and procedures. International Certification
Services of Bristol, England performed the assessment
and registered us to the ISO
9001 standard.
